How diffirence of capcom vs snk pro naomi andcapcom vs snk pro naomi gd rom When we play ...OR diffirence only system board not diffirence in game play ....thanks :smt008

The only real noticeable difference is the addition of 2 characters not present on the ROM version. They are Joe Higashi from Fatal Fury (NeoGeo) and Dan Hibiki (Ken parody character that wears pink :smt110 ).
