When Serving:

B = Underhand Serve
A+B = Jump Serve
When Receiving:
A = Normal receive
B = Low receive
A+B = Call for Two Attach (attack next)
When Tossing:
A = Normal toss
B = Quick toss
A+B = Two Return (send over the net)
When Attacking:
Joystick = Select course to attack
A = Spike
B = Feint shot
A+B = Spike at blocker's hands
When Blocking:
A = Block
