resolution with mame

hi guys i have a uk naomi setup here thats had a mame transformation but the screen display if naff its either to big or to bright tried adjusting but it aint right ive tried to change resolution on the windows screen but the disply is just fuzzy like it cant display is it because the monitor is 31khz do you know of a screen that i can replace it with for the one i have in this one

the monitor on the naomi should display pc signal perfectly,you need to check your graphic card settings are at vga and the refresh rate is correct

the last mame i built was set at 800x600 at 60hz
