Did Virtua Fighter 4 Final Tuned ever get released on a Cart

On system 16 it says that it was released in that format but I have never seen one for sale anywhere. When I when I was in Japan in April I did not find it in any shops either.

Upon looking at the page you posted, I did not see a reference to this game being on cart form. Virtua Fighter 4 and Evo are on carts. Aside from that, the answer would be no, it is on GD-ROM only.

Its the 3rd pic from the bottom. The page I listed is for Naomi 2 Carts.

Game was JPN only GD, only VF4 & Evo had export cart releases.
