Naomi I ERROR 3

I have Dead or alive 2 and it used to work everyday no problem. But one day i turned it on and it didnt work.



It says malfunction error code 3



what does that mean?

is that the game or board?

According to the manual, this error refers to the Naomi being unable to read the board's serial number ( :smt017 ). This may be because of a bent pin or something along that line that is hindering communications. Check to see that the cart and motherboard have no bent pins.

Found out your right, CPU Bd lost it's serial ID. I would need to reprogram

it in to EEROM. Easy stuff thanks buddy
