I thought it was 2, but with some spare gun cases?

Can be. Didnt pay more attention than that, had a fast look at all his HOTD2 items.

Best to keep an eye on eBay, the price on those IR Type 2 guns is crazy.. also be careful on buying a dud one, as a dud IR Type 2 gun can take out the Gun sens board, and 10 LED sensors all in one foul swoop.

Just imagine if that happened to Pete or Ace or Gilles54, that would be one mega fix cost!!

It won't happen to me I bought the protector pcb (I forgot the proper name) that the guns plug into to stop anything like that happening. ;)

I was a little suspicious of buying spare sensors & other spares off that seller as it seemed a little strange to break a working cab up to sell if for less than he could of got complete.

I'm sure the board set will be ok, but the rest?

Where do you get the protector PCB from & how much?

I got it from STS, I think it was about ?35. I'll check my emails and sort the details out for you if you like.

As for the HOTD2 I thought it was strange that he broke it up as well. I was thinking if anything was wrong with it, it was most likely the monitor and Geezer can answer that. :)

I was thinking it was that cab that was listed a few weeks before, then pulled, then re-listed & pulled again in Norfolk?

?35 I see, I've seen them on the US Sega service site, but it says there they are to protect from guns getting thrown about.

Press the img button paste the link then press the img button again.

$110 is about ?55 the ones that sold yesterday went for ~?40 but with postage on top of that it probable would of cost more than that.

Like with anything if you are patient you can find it cheap. I needed a credit board used only in Naomi shooter cabinets I couldn't find one any where so I bought a new one for ?70 a few months ago. I won the exact same credit board yesterday on ebay for ?10. :smt093

Same goes for the gun sensors, they retail at something stupid like $150 each, I've picked up some spares on US ebay for $20 each both brand new.

TBH for the the home use you'll never need any protection PCB!! Just look after your shizz and it will be fine!!

Remember arcades (well here in the UK), have the shit kicked out of them!!! The latest one to get picked on often is Lets Go Jungle.
