So i have a WWF cart and it wont work at all. I have a few naomi boards and I got into the menu settings for the board and it sees the wwf game cart. When i go to test the wwf cart the whole thing crashes with a distorted screen. I noticed on the wwf cart there is a eprom. Could this have gotten corrupted? Also if it did, is there a way to reburn the code back on to the eprom to get the game to work?
One of the Naomi boards I have powers on but does nothing. My cab just sits at a black screen. The board is in great shape and nothing looks burnt or broken on the board. Could it be the Bios as well messed up?

WWF and Naomi Board wount work
Sounds like faulty cart, send it it to Ken @ www.irepairsega.com probably not worth fixing IMO, cheap as chips on eBay.

wow ya that's a bit of a price to fix a cheap game. I have the means to re-burn bios and things like that. If its a faulty cart does that usually comes from the eprom being corrupt on the game? Also with the board not booting up at all is that usually a bios issue as well? Should I try downloading a Naomi bios and re-buring it?
If the Eprom is corrupt, the game won't do nothing.. sounds like you could have one ore bad OPR/MPR roms
if your not getting anything, then chances are the 16bit buffers have fried.. common fault on Naomi 1/2 carts, Ken can fix those, but like you said, it's all about econmics..
Do you get the ability to test the roms in the test menu?? Does it come up with WWF Royal Rumble in the test menu as well?
I've never seen a game with a corrupt eprom or a Naomi with a corrupt BIOS, those 160's and 322's are extremely reliable eprom chips.

The Naomi Board wount do anything. No matter what game is in it. It wount boot up at all. I turn it on and the board powers up but the screen sits there are a black screen.
As for the cart on my working Naomi boards that I tested it on, once on a normal naomi and another time on a Naomi 2, I can get into the Bios settings on the boards. It says at the bottom Royal Rumble. If I go to the test game rom my screen turns black and gets a area that is all scrunched up in the center of the screen and the entire system crashes
