I was wondering if anyone knows for a fact you can use a capcom naomi I/O with a system 246 mother board

Yes, you can use the capcom I/O with 246. In the capcom fighting jam manual, it shows a special power loom that converts the naomi power plugs to the system 246 standard. The rest is unmodified. When I get around to it, I'll scan the diagram for clarification.
