Video Display Problem with Naomi mobo

Hello, everybody.

I have a problem getting VGA video display out of one of my Naomi mobos. I usually run my Naomi on a Supergun w/ Capcom I/O. However, I usually get audio and video by running a VGA cable and RCA-to-stereo cables directly to my TV. I am using a 32" Magnavox LCD TV.

Normally, this works fine with all my mobos. But with one, my TV will say "cannot display this video mode." This particular mobo has BIOS 21576D.

What is wrong, and how can I correct it?

Any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

To display in VGA mode, all DIP switches need to be turned OFF (all down).
