Wiring Question

I just successfully converted my Naomi 1 setup to work in my jamma cabinet with the 3.3v power supply kit:

But, Player 1 Buttons 1,2 do not work. I've tried 2 other Jamma I/O pcbs and still nothing. However, when I put a regular Jamma pcb back into the cab....the Player 1 buttons work no problem.
Any ideas? and thanks!
