Net City cabinet monitor question

Hey all,
Does anyone know for certain whether the Net City cabs come with the Tri-Scan monitor?
I was speaking with a seller, and he wasn't sure. When he checked with his supplier, he got back to me and said that the supplier told him:
"Net City is only 24k / 31k."
I didn't even think that was possible.
Can anyone comment? I thought the NC cabs were Tri-Scan.
Thanks,
Steve

Can anyone help with this question?
A purchase decision hangs in the balance.
Thanks,

Depends, some are just regular 31K monitors.

The seller has said that he thinks it's a 24k/31k monitor.
I'm asking if that's possible, or if he's mistaken, and it's a Tri-scan.
I thought Japanese Net City cabs all came with Tri-Scan monitors.
I appreciate the help.
Thanks,
Steve

Not sure, actually. I just asked what the specs the monitor was, but he wasn't sure. He asked his supplier, and that's what the supplier said.
I suspect it's a Tri-Scan, but wanted to be sure that a 24k/31k didn't exist first.

Does not exist. If the monitor does not display 15khz, then its a 31khz only chassis. Don't assume the chassis type just from the model cab, as operators (and collectors) commonly swap monitors/chassis around to fix broken cabs.

Thank you for the info.
Is there anyway that the owner can tell for sure?

The owner doesn't know because he probably never checked. Just ask him what type of games he's run in the cab in the past and you can figure it out.
Besides, what's the big deal? If you don't like the monitor, you can just replace it.
