Possible to interface Naomi in non-Naomi racing machine?

Hey all!
I have a Cruisn' World arcade, and since I decided to get Naomi(for
a normal joystick machine) I've been noting how many racing games
that are made for the Naomi.
As far as I know, I can use Cruisn' USA, Cruisn' World and Off Road
Challenge in my existing cabinet, but would it be possible to add
a Naomi in any way?
Probably not, but the idea is great
