Sega Naomi Universal Speaker Question

Im having issues getting sound out of my left speaker on my universal cabinet.. Im pretty sure its the actual speaker from various tests i ran... Can someone tell me a good replacement speaker that is an easy swap... Also does anyone know the correct security screw to remove the monitor bezel in order to get to the speaker? Thanks in advance.....

The speaker is a 4 inch, 4ohm 10 watt shielded speaker. The screws can be undone using a proper size torx security bit. I use a small set of 7 different sizes for my Naomi cabinets and CPS-2 games. They can easily be found online or through hardware retailer. Check PM
