Sega Chihrio Problem the 2nd

hello,
last time i write my chihrio system have no avip cable and doesn' work.
now i have this cable and my system don't work again. ther come no picture. only a black screen:-(
the status is all three powerled lights, and the green status led 4 are blinking. the second status led doing nothing. is this normal?
please can anybody help me?
