Initial D V3 bios help

I'm currently running a JPN Bios Naomi 2 and wondering which bios I should get to run my Initial D v3 setup. GD-ROM disc says Initial D Version 3 in english, GDS-033 and security chip is 253-5508-0384. Do I need an Export bios or USA bios, or will either work? Thanks in advance for any help.

Needs to be Export or USA region, doesn't matter which.
