Chassis board does not output green colour. Sega Rally twin.

Hi lads!
I have a Sega Rally twin with Sega/Sanwa PM1745 monitor chassis, however one of the monitors does not output green colour.
Games work fine as I have switched the chassis boards and the problem moves with the chassis.
As far as I can troubleshoot the RGB transisters work. I have resoldered all joints.
Last time I powered it up and went into the test menu the green colour worked for about 10 seconds and then disappeared.
Any ideas? Sorry about the grammar as I am from Sweden.
