Sega-Naomi

I tried it in my naomi cabinet and it does nothing except for the fan to turn on. I inspected the board, and other than it being dusty I can't see any damage (burst caps burns etc.).

One thing I thought looked out of place was the sticker on the bios. Anyone seen this before? Any tips on where I should start repairing this board?

Any goop on the board?

Have you checked the voltages, should be 12v, 5v, 3.3v?

Have you got a different bios to test on the mobo?

Have you got a different filter board to test the mobo?
