Hope every one is doing well.
I recently sent my Tri force board and Gd rom of fzero for repair in Japan.
The game after loading 31% gives error 25 which states cannot access disk drive.
Your suggestion and help is appreciated.
Error 25 Fzero standard version help needed.
Things to check for:
1) Is there enough power? Check voltages while the system is loading.
2) Is the GD drive working properly? Pay attention to any unusual sounds the drive may be making. If you are careful, you can leave the lid off and trip the 'closed' switch manually to observe the mechanics.
3) Is it the disk? Check the game for any dust, fingerprints, scratches, etc. Anything other than clean could hinder the loading operations.

Thank you for your reply.
If the problem remains what other options do we have ?

Compact flash kit, which will remove both the gd-rom drive and the gd-rom disc, and no more error 24/25.
Costly but probably cheaper than you sending it to Japan!

Turns out to be problem with disc.
Had interchanged the triforce board, Gdrom and disc one by one and the problem is with the disc, the triforce board and gdrom works fine.
Any websites which sell used or New disc of these games ?
I have a spare F-Zero AX disc only, but i won't let it go for less than 200?.
So i think it's really better to ask Andy about cf kit replacement.

How much would the cf kit cost ?
