I hooked up all of the needed parts and i get no picture and no sound. The mother boards fan is running and there is a green light and a red light. Any help?

What happens when you turn the cab on when without the cart in do you get video or sound?

I got it to work. The fan on top of the mother board wasnt running. Gave it a push start and now it works fine
