its not the same problem.
i posted this problem on other sites as well.
quick rundown:
1. dismantled cab
2. sound doesnt come on
3. check connectors to speakers and to naomi amp (looks good)
4. check fuses on naomi amp (tests fine)
5. changed i/o board (non jamma) sound worked but couldnt adjust sound from volume control on cabinet.
6. after awhile sound slowly got softer and softer till it was gone.
do you have any insights on this?
thanks.

Did you change from US to JP harness?
If so you need to hook up header from US harness
(but then you cannot degaus)
You have to hack the two harnesses together. Never did it. not sure how

Could be a pot error, I had an issue with a volume pot, that the sound would briefly work, then fade out..
The pot was fautly.
