Yes there was a cart released but it had no casing. It was an early model of the Naomi and even the mobo was a bare circuit board

they are all gutted just the bare shells now, which is a shame as the artwork is so nice on them, just so damn big!

Death Crimson was also bare & CM originally came with the chip installed into the dimm without a case.
