With McColo being shut off from the world the scammers and spammers are desparately seeking other avenues to get their crap listed on the web.

I'm a moderator for a metal detecting forum and we've been hit with a half dozen spammer accounts since McColo's demise. That 6 more than we've had in the past 6 months.
