Naomi Universal Cab tube light

I've been trying to get my Naomi Universal Light working, and I've ascertained that both the tube and the starter are fine. I've taken a look at the transformer inside, and it looks like the bit that says C on the circuit diagram is missing from the side.

I'm no dab hand at reading circuit diagrams, but I think I need a 5.5 microfarad capacitor for between the 1st and 3rd poles, but I'm not entirely sure if this is correct, and I don't know what type of capacitor I would need. If anyone could tell me exactly what I need it would be appreciated!

that cap will be internal,your best option is to get a new ballast

Do you know if I'll need a 240V one or a 110V one? Lots of the electrics run on 110V in the Uni so I dunno if I'll have to source one from outside Europe to have it work with the current wiring scheme.

Ah, well I guess I'll have to do some re-wiring or check down the local arcade suppliers and see if they've had any junked cabs in with one of these in.
