Looking for plugs used on amp

Post by OldFoo »

I was wondering if anyone knew what type of plugs/pins were used on the Naomi amp going out to the speakers.

They're probably on digikey, I just don't know what I'm looking for.

I was hoping to find the cable plugging into the volume control, but no luck so far. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

on my setups it varies....1 setup has rca plugs on the end and 2 setups just have bare wires that run to speakers, where they're soldered. In all three cases there is no plug going to the volume, the wires are soldered to the knob on the back. Does that help at all?

Sorry for the delay...here are 2 pics of one of my setups...one is the wires going to the volume control and the other is the connection to the speakers...let me know what other info you need and I'll see what I can do to help...CN2 and CN4 go the the speakers...each is a +/-...CN1 goes to volume...if you have the original naomi wiring then (looking at voume knob from the back) White/red strip - green/red strip - yellow/red strip is the connection....if memory serves I believe the grays are - on the speakers

hope that helps and sorry again for the delay(been working on a monitor so kinda distracted)

And sorry the 2nd 2 pics are a little blurry...I don't have a very steady hand

{updated with better pics-please ignore the mess of wiring...this cab has more than one system in it and is switchable and it took a bit of extra wiring to accomplish that...so please overlook the mess lol)

Just order the connectors I posted the link for ;-) They are the correct ones. Do not forget to order the pins that go inside the connector as well.

If you need the plug that goes to CN1 let me know...I believe I have a spare you can have.

Hmm... seems they have a minimum order of 20 gbp, which is a lot when I only need two plugs. It's good to see that these exist somewhere on the internet though.

Would anyone happen to know of the part name or possibly another site? Thanks
