Ah sh..! I have already begun to drill the holes :smt013 .

Am possibly in need of a Type 2-sensor, gun #2 is still acting weird. Will try to locate the problem later. You know how to clean the sensor on the gun? Alcohol maybe? Could be just dirt...

Had time to work a little today, bezel is almost completed now :).

Next step will be to drill holes in the control panel and screw the gun cables to the side. Then I have to modify and respray the deluxe version holsters to fit the Naomi.

Nice Job, I converted mine with a pre drilled panel and mounted the Gun I/O board in the coinbox.

I've see one other member post pics of the drill the bezel method.

I'm curious to see how you mount the guns and holsters. Looking for some good ideas.

My CP is still set up for 2P 6B for all other horizontal games so I need a way to mount outside of CP. Thinking about mounting the gun cables on the front of the coinbox but I still have to figure out where to mount the holsters.

Will be looking forward to more pics :D

Was thinking about a mount on the coin box front myself but finally decided to put them on the sides. This way you have more of the gun cable left and in the end it also was an esthetic decision, just looks a little cooler on the sides :D.

Today I build the new holsters. For a short time I was thinking bout using the old metall ones from the woodie, but it looked too fucked up so I went shopping and bought some stuff.

Looks AWESOME. Where do you get parts to add gun setups for Naomi?

Thanks guys :) . Without Pete's thread it wouldn't have been possible...

Most necessary parts were in the lot I bought from a german forum member (btw: it's the guy from this thread: http://www.sega-naomi.com/forum/viewtop ... hlight=gun). I ordered another gun from videotronics.uk and a gun bezel from Andy (which was thought for a friend in the first place but I think I take it myself and give him my selfmade bezel :D). The rest is d.i.y.

Today the replacement gun arrived. Gun works awesome, beautiful condition also, thanks to videotronicsuk :).

If you ever mention that your gun mark acts kinda "lazy" or really bad then it's most likely not the gun board, it's the sensor of the gun ;) .

Thought I'd post the final update of my New Net City Gun Shooter Project. My thanks are going to Andygeezer for a lot of spares he shipped in super sonic time to Germany and Videotronics for the gun. I'd also like to thank the members of this forum for encouraging me to not give up :).
